Extending understandings

چکیده
Mixed methods research is increasingly popular both within and beyond education because of the advantages offered by combining qualitative quantitative methods. Some mixed research, however, does not fully harness potential or depth that has to offer. In this article, I consider some in terms how can contribute addressing “wicked problems,” theory generation, culturally responsive research. then discuss two important considerations for quality research: appropriate paradigmatic foundations genuine integration components. The article intended provide provocations resources those learning about, teaching considering, using, contributing education.
